| PROCEDURE FOR PORTRAIT
COMMISSION
Customer can contact with artist directly by telephone, fax, e-mail
or letter to discuss the commission. When the agreement has made,
customer should pay 10 percent of full price of the commission to
artist at first. If the customer lives overseas and the artist needs
travel overseas, this payment will be used as the travel expenses,
and will not refund if the customer cancels the commission after
this travel has become reality; If the customer lives in Australia,
this payment will not refund if the first sitting has been done.
The 90 percent of the full price payment will be asked to pay to
artist when the customer get the completed portrait painting.
Customer ( sitter ) needs to sit for artist at least twice, one
working day ( or more for group portrait ) per time. The first sitting
is for sketching and photo taking. The last sitting is for completion.
Before the last sitting customer can tell the artist what parts
of the painting he or she feels unwell and the artist should fix
that parts until the customer feels OK.
