PROCEDURE

Ms. Reilly and the client will meet to plan clothing and background, as well as to discuss the intent of the portrait. During the next session, the artist and subject will try out a variety of poses, lighting situations &
clothing, in order to come up with the most flattering and attractive composition.

Once a pose has been mutually agreed upon, the artist will take reference photos and do color sketches. Ms. Reilly will work to complete the painting from sketches and photos, but may also require a few live sittings in order to achieve the highest quality portrait. Once the painting is completed to the satisfaction of both the client and the artist, arrangements will be made for delivery of the artwork. Ms. Reilly is happy to assist the client in
selecting a frame for the portrait.
