Growing up in a small town north of Boston,

studies at the New England School of Art & Design, where he graduated near the top of his class. Then he studied
at the Art Students League in New York and attended the New England School of Classical Painting in New Hampshire.
Frank has turned his hand not only to fine art but to commercial art. As an
award winning art director
and illustrator for some of New Englands top advertising agencies, he has
served a long list of prestigious clients: American Express, Logan Airport,
Abbott Laboratories, the New York City Marathon, and
Stone Zoo, among others.
Franks work as a fine artist has entered numerous collections in New
England, New York, California,
Florida, Southern Europe and Asia. He has exhibited in the Worcester Art
Museum, the DeCordova Art
Museum, the Museum Villa Gamberaria in Florence, Italy, and throughout

in raising funds for Bostons homeless.
