 Shari Ford is a nationally recognized portrait artist who creates exceptional likenesses that capture the spirit of the individual. Her portraits are treasured by many and can be found in private and corporate collections throughout the United States. Ford's formal training came from the University of Tennessee where she earned a B.F.A. She continued her education with independent studies in Europe of the Old Masters' compositions and techniques. This inspired her to use a classical approach to her portraits. Ford is a signature member of the American Society of Portrait Artists and a charter member of The Portrait Institute. She is also a member of the Portrait Society of America. |
